I still have to do the Core and Upper Body Beta workouts. On the bright side, I did really like the Alpha Lower Body and Ab Interval workouts. As for Rip't Circuit, I thought it was kind of easy (easier than the Alpha workout). After doing the Alpha one a few times I decided I didn't care for it much - it has an awkward boxing sequence that turned me off, and despite it having a lot of pushups (which I like) I just couldn't get into it. I am much more of a HIIT person - gets my heart going and provides strength at the same time. As I wrapped it up I realized my heart wasn't going any more than it does on the elliptical. For part of it I followed the main group, for part I followed the modifier (who was too easy) and for part I did my own thing. I did Speed 2 for the first time last week. They aren't super high impact (no cannonball jumps for example), but more just shuffling and bouncing around.
For me, I decided the non-stop bouncing around in the Speed and Cardio workouts just isn't my thing.
